"I had inquired about
CNA courses at several
places, but it was
always too expensive.
When I found out
about the Homecare
Workers Training Center,
I jumped at the chance
to learn how to better
care for my senior and
disabled clients, and to
earn a better living.
“Now I have a
good job at a
nursing home
where I can finally get
a pension plan and
benefits! I no longer
have to go to County
hospital for all my
health needs. I enjoy
working with seniors
and I know that being
trained gives me the
opportunity to earn a
decent career so I can
stay in this profession I
love.”
