Must meet enrollment requirements: Certification in IHSS through HWTC, CNA Certification, 18 years or older, successfully pass an assessment test at a 10th grade level in both English and Math, low income, HS diploma or GED (foreign transcripts must be transcribed), no criminal background, males born after 1960 must be enrolled in Selective Service.
